We have a variety of homes to rent in Newport on a private market rent basis. These range from one or two bedroom city centre flats to three and four bedroom houses outside the centre.
Intermediate rent
We also offer some homes on an intermediate rent basis – these have a rent at least 20% below the normal market rent.
Intermediate rent is for people who live or work in Newport but cannot afford full market rent prices, so applicants need to be registered with Home Options Newport.
