Direct debit

Direct Debit is the easiest and most convenient way of paying.

If you'd like to pay your rent by Direct Debit, please contact us on 01633 381 111 and we can help set this up for you. 

A Direct Debit can be set up for any day of the month and for any frequency including weekly, fortnightly, monthly, four weekly and quarterly.

Our customer app

Our new customer app allows you to make rent or other bill-related payments at anytime. Contact us for advice on setting and activating your account. Find out more about the customer app.

Online via Pay 360

You can make a credit or debit card payments anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our Pay360 site.

Over the phone

If you’d like to make a payment over the phone, just dial 01633 381 111 and select option one. You’ll need your 10-digit account number ready. 

Post office or PayPoint

If you make your payments at a post office or PayPoint outlet, you'll need to use your new card and scan the barcode each time you make a payment.
