Help with managing your rent
If you are struggling to pay your rent or bills, please contact your Customer Account Manager. They can advise and support you with any financial difficulties or worries you may have. Our #ThinkHomeFirst page has more information on how we can help you.
Rent-free weeks
Our annual rent-free weeks take place in April and December.
If you are in credit and pay your rent by direct debit weekly, fortnight, four-weekly or monthly, you don’t need to change your payments - we will adjust any direct debits for you.
We will calculate your rent, factoring in the two free weeks that you are entitled to.
If you have any rent arrears, you'll be expected to make your usual payment. This will give you a chance to catch up and clear any debt.
If you need to make a payment, we'll write to you before the rent-free week to let you know.
Water bills
Your water is supplied by Dwr Cymru Welsh Water. Please contact them on 0800 052 0145 to discuss managing your bills and payments.
