Head office – Nexus House
Our head office is based in the city centre at Nexus House, Mission Court, Newport NP20 2DW.
This office is easily accessible on foot, by public transport, and by car. A route planning service can be found on the Newport Bus website.
Ringland office
Our Ringland office is based at Ringland Centre, Newport NP19 9HG.
Bettws Office
Our Bettws office is based at Bettws Shopping Centre, Newport NP20 7TN.
Customer appointments
You can speak to us in-person at any of our offices. You will need to make an appointment (app) first or visit our offices during the available drop-in sessions.
