Bridge Street
Location
On Bridge Street in the city centre we have acquired the former nightclub Fire and Ice / Ritzy's. We will be converting the building into apartments and commercial spaces to rent.
Accommodation
We are putting together an application for planning permission at the moment. It's an exciting project, and it will take some time. While we do this, The Tin Shed Theatre Group are using the space as their community base.
