Further Information
The new homes will have solar panels and air-source heat pumps to help make them sustainable and affordable for customers long term. Green roofs will filter rain water and slow down run off into the drainage systems, and modern methods of construction will help reduce the impact on the local community.
Early in 2026 our contractors will begin the work, starting with tree cutting and clearance work. All works carried out on site will be done so whilst considering the impact on the local environment and residents.
