There's no denying that the last few years have been challenging. From the pandemic to recent cost-of-living crisis, it can be hard to keep everything in balance. Many of us have felt the weight of these times. This is why we've developed services to help you get back on track.

Energy Support

Money is something we all worry about. It can have a huge impact on your well-being, which is why our Energy Support Team want to help you.

We work with Warm Wales and have a team of 6 people to help you save money on your energy bills. They'll help you do a money health check, give great budgeting advice, and make sure you're claiming the right benefits. They'll also help you apply for energy bill support and grants to make sure you're financially supported.

Visit the Warm Wales website to find out more and refer yourself or a friend for energy advice.

Hoarding

Hoarding can have a huge impact on mental well-being. It can also be a symptom of well-being challenges or going through a very difficult time.

Our Hoarding Support Service will give you hands-on support if you're struggling with hoarding.

We're here to help you and we'll make sure we spend time listening to you and understanding our circumstances. We'll support you in finding a way forward, and journey with you the whole way.

Contact us today and find out more about how we can help you take the next step.

Compliance Checks

Keeping safe means keeping your home safe. We carry out compliance checks throughout the year. These make sure your gas system is in good working order, and your electrics are safe to use. As this is a legal check we need to do, we let you know in advance by letter.

But we know that your home is your safe place. When we plan to visit you to complete these checks, it might feel uncomfortable. You might not want to let us in. If you feel uncomfortable, or unsure, then please let us know. You can call us or email. You can also drop us a message via social media.

We want to do all that we can to make sure you're comfortable whilst we're in your home. We encourage you to have a friend or family member with you when we visit, if this makes you feel more comfortable. Also, you can ask for your neighbourhood manager to come along on the day, if this makes you feel at ease.

Whatever it is, we want to work with you to make sure we understand your needs and meet them as best as we can. Our repairs service is here to support you.

Contact us today to find out how we can help you feel safe and comfortable when we visit you.

Anti-Social Behaviour

Feeling safe in your home and community is a priority. We take a no tolerance approach to anti-social behaviour and will work with you to keep your communities safe.

Anti-social behaviour can include noise nuisance, alcohol-related nuisance, drug dealing, harassment and hate incidents. It can also take other forms and we tailor our support to your needs.
