A team of amazing volunteers at the Duffryn Community Food Bank spent a day packing bags of Christmas food donations for local residents.
The service is managed by Duffryn Community Link, a charity who help improve the lives of people in the area.
The volunteers were given a helping hand from staff from Vital Energi, our contractor who is halfway through replacing 7km of the pipework on Duffryn’s district heating system. The company donated a turkeys crown and a packet of ‘pigs in blankets’ to go in every bag.
