It has been six months since we launched our new city centre office and online service offer so here is an update on how things are going since launch.

Our new city centre resident service centre has proven to be really popular with 10% more people visiting over the summer months than used to visit us at Nexus house. This is the place to go if you want face to face support or advice.

We know that it important to you that you can contact us quickly and easily when you need us.

We also know that we haven't always delivered on this, and that at times getting in contact with us has been more difficult than you would expect.

So what have we done about it?

We have realigned our resources to provide greater flexibility in our call centre. Our average wait time to have your call answered has dropped from 6 minutes and 35 seconds during our "Quarter 2" reporting period to 2 minutes and 44 seconds in the weeks since the middle of September.

There is a way you can get in contact with us even more quickly than that though! Our web chat facility was launched in March to link you directly to a member of our Resident Services team.
