Earlier today, one of our customers received a text message that gave the impression it was from our repairs team, asking them to call a mobile number.
Thankfully, our customer was suspicious about the message and asked us about it.
We confirmed it wasn’t us and that we wouldn’t recommend calling the number in case this is a scam.
If you have a repair booked with Newport City Homes, we’ll either call you to confirm your appointment details or send you a letter if we can’t get in touch.
If you have any suspicions about any texts, calls or emails claiming to be from us, you can always get in touch to check if it’s genuine.
