We’ve just published this year's Annual Report, which is an evaluation of how we think we’re doing and the difference we’ve made.  

It gives us a great opportunity to reflect on everything we’ve achieved in the last year at NCH and to look ahead at our plans towards achieving NCH Strategy 2025.

Our Chief Executive, Ceri Doyle says; "The safety of our customers and colleagues has always been our number one priority. This has never been truer than in the last year when we all felt the dramatic and immediate impacts of Covid-19. 

Managing our response and the operational impact of coronavirus has been challenging at times but I’m so incredibly proud of how colleagues have adapted and pulled together to deliver essential services."
