Newport City Homes launches customer app with live repairs booking

Newport City Homes has launched a brand-new app, supporting customers to access services online 24/7 at a time and place that suits them.

 

The NCH App includes the ability to:

  • Book, track, and reschedule routine repairs through a live booking system which updates with the latest appointments available
  • Make a payment and view charges and payments made
  • Report anti-social behaviour
  • Message NCH directly and receive group messages for important updates
  • Sign up to community events
  • View important documents
  • Take part in polls and surveys

David Johnson, Head of Communities & Wellbeing, said:

“We’ve been listening to our customers about what we can do to improve how we deliver our services. Customers told us that they wanted easier ways to do things like paying rent, or reporting and booking repairs, and our new App will support our customers to do that at a time and place that suits them. 

“The whole association is excited about the launch of the App and how this will transform the experience our customers have with us. By providing the option to book repairs, message us and make payments, we’re also reducing the impact on our call centre, which will bring down waiting times and give our teams more time to focus on customers who need that additional level of support.”
