We're out and about in your communities, and we want to meet you!

This year, we're going to be dedicating time to visit you - our customers – especially if we've not heard from you in a while, to make everything is going OK.

Thursday 8 February 2024 will kick-off this year's #NCHAtYourDoor. Your Neighbourhood Manager will be out and about, and looking forward to meeting you!

Why are we doing this?

At Newport City Homes, we're committed to getting to know you better and understanding your needs.

In this way, we can tailor our services to what you want and what you need. We want to be able to provide the right support, at the right time, and in the right way.

How will this benefit you and your community?

We want to support you in making the most out of your home and your communities. By visiting you, we're hoping to learn more about you. We want to understand how things are going and what you need from us.

Your perspective is invaluable to us, and helps us continue to improve our services.

What will we be doing?

This year, we’ll be taking time to visit customers we've not heard from in a while. We'll be asking you important questions about your home and your circumstances.

You can chat to us about anything - from rent to well-being support. You can also let us know about repairs and give us feedback on how we're doing. This is a time we can work together to tailor how we do what we do at Newport City Homes.
