The Duffryn District Heat Network Replacement Project is progressing into the final phases, and we’ll be switching your heating and hot water supply from the old network to the new network.

How will this impact me?

You will experience a temporary loss of heating and hot water as we connect your home to the new network.

The works will happen in stages across the Duffryn estate, starting from 17 April 2024 and ending on 8 May 2024.

We anticipate this temporary loss will be for over four hours, for a period of up to 24 hours. We’re sorry for the inconvenience that this causes, and we’re grateful for your patience at this time.
