Duffryn heating system update: 7pm, Saturday 25 February

Our teams have completed the repair and we’re bringing the system back online.

We’re working slowly to make sure that the system is working as it should be and check for any other issues, but we’re optimistic that we should be able to return to normal services soon.

It may take a few hours to see the heating and hot water come back on as our system gets back up and running.
We’ll continue to monitor the system throughout the weekend. If there are any changes or further updates, we’ll share these on our social media and our website.

If you continue to have issues with your heating and hot water into tomorrow, please report this to us by calling 01633 381111.

Whilst our immediate priority is to address the current issues, we understand how frustrating these outages are for the community. We’re considering what work we may need to carry out on the district heating system in the future and we’ll provide further updates on this soon.

Thank you once again to the community for your patience, support and kind words for our teams in Duffryn – they are really appreciated.
