Following our recent repair work in Duffryn, here’s an update on arrangements for reimbursement of costs.

We’re providing affected customers with a £20 reimbursement for each day without heating and hot water during our recent repair works.

Affected customers can see the payment schedule below.

If you are an NCH customer using a Switch2 account, your reimbursement will be credited to your account.

If you are a homeowner, your reimbursement will be credited to your heating account.

Please note that if you received immediate financial support in the form of a cash payment to help with topping up your electric meter, this payment will be deducted from the total reimbursement.
