Our duty of care to you means we must comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Installing automatic sprinkler systems in over 2000 of our properties is just one of the ways we are meeting these requirements which keep you safe in your home by reducing fire risk for you and your neighbours. For the system to work effectively, sprinklers must be installed in all individual flats. .

Sprinklers are a fantastic fire safety measure which prevent a fire from developing, reduces the risk of harm from fire, and reduces fire damage to a premises.

About the installation

Our contractors are installing these sprinklers on our behalf. The work is currently ongoing. If your home is in a block which needs sprinklers installed, we will write to you and let you know how and when we propose to do this work.
