Did you know that we offer our residents two ‘rent free’ weeks a year, if you maintain credit on your account?
For 2019, these will take place on:
- Week commencing 1st April 2019
- Week commencing 23rd December 2019
If you’re one of our residents, are in credit and pay your rent by direct debit either every fortnight, four weekly or monthly, then we calculate your rent payment taking into account the two free weeks that you would be entitled to, so there’s no need for you to change your payments.
If you currently have rent arrears, you will be expected to make your usual payment - giving you a chance to catch up.
