Keeping customers safe in their homes is our number 1 priority, so we work closely with our partners at Gwent Police when we get reports of criminal behaviour.
This month, we supported the police in getting three-month closure orders on two properties after several complaints were made relating to illegal drug use and anti-social behaviour at the properties.

Anyone who attempts to enter these properties in contravention of the notice can be arrested by police during the period of the closure order.

Closure orders like these help keep our communities safe for our other customers and the public, and our team work hard to take action when reports of antisocial or criminal behaviour are made.
If you've been affected by antisocial behaviour, support is available through Connect Gwent. Call 0300 123 21 33 or visit www.connectgwent.org.uk
