Over the last week, we’ve had increasing reports of our Caretaking colleagues being physically and verbally abused as they’ve been working to keep residents safe in their homes and communities.
This is NOT acceptable.
All incidents will be reported to the Police – no exceptions.
Our colleagues come to work to keep residents safe and deliver essential services every day so it’s important they’re treated with respect. It’s a tough job at any time, but it’s especially tough right now, so we’d really appreciate your support.
We’re all facing the same difficult challenges and finding things hard at the moment – so please be kind to our staff while they’re doing their job and keep a minimum of two metres distance at all times.
