Essential works are still taking place on the Duffryn District Heating Network.
We’re aware that this is outside previously estimated timescales, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this causes.
We are currently doing all we can to get these works completed as soon as possible, and we will continue to keep customers updated via Facebook and X (Twitter).

If you need a heater during this time, these are available for you to collect from the Duffryn Boiler House and Aneurin Bevan Court. Please bring proof of your address.
If you are not able to collect from these locations, please contact us and let us know. We will arrange delivery for you.
