It’s been just over 120 days since our first ever customer app was launched to our closed Facebook Group, NCH Connected, and we wanted to give you all a bit of an update as to where we are with progress towards a wider launch. 

We now have around 250 customers registered and using the app to pay rent, report issues, and book in repair jobs. 

So far, it’s working well – Customers can send us photos and videos of issues they have in their homes, so we’re able to diagnose the problem before we arrive and have a better idea about what we need to do to fix it. 

We’ve had some great feedback so far from customers who are using the app! 

“I wanted to use the app as I'm a full-time un-paid carer of 2, so I don't have time to sit making phone calls. This app is so much faster, you select what you need - I needed a toilet repair - and chose the date and time, and you're done! So much faster and less time consuming.” - Ms L

What's next?

One particularly important update that will be available on the app very soon is the ability to report Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) to us. We’re working to finalise the testing, and it’ll be ready to go. 

Can I join?

We’d love to get more customers involved in using the app, and the way to do that is to register interest with us through NCH Connected. 

After a customer has registered interest, we’ll send them all the details of where and how to download the app, and we’ll also help get them set up.
