What is our STAR Customer Satisfaction Survey?

We love hearing your views on our services. Our regular STAR surveys are just one of the ways we ask you to tell us what you think about our services, how easy we are to deal with and how satisfied you are with us.  

It’s more than a satisfaction survey. Yes, we want to hear how satisfied you are with the services we provide and how we interact with you but it’s not just listening for us. We look at what you are telling us and use that information to change and improve how we work.  

Every question you answer helps us build a picture of how our customers are feeling and how we can improve the services we offer so please make sure you take part when invited to do so.  

Who takes part in the STAR Survey?

If you are one of our customers, you will be asked to complete a STAR survey once a year so if you don’t receive a survey within the next few days, you’ll receive one in our next round of surveys which take place quarterly.  

Traditionally, we have done this through paper surveys but we’ve listened to your feedback and introduced an online survey so please keep an eye on your inbox as well as your letterbox.
