Following feedback from customers and colleagues, we've been working on our new notification reminders for when you book a repair with us.

From the 25 August, when you book a repair with us, you'll now get -

  • A message shortly after you have booked a repair to confirm your booking. This will include the time and date of the repair
  • A reminder message 24 hours before your repair appointment
  • A message to confirm your new appointment should you need to re-arrange it
  • A message when the operative is on their way to your property to complete your repair
