We kicked off our NCH At Your Door events on Thursday 8 February 2024 and, after some great feedback from our customers and colleagues, we’ve got some more dates that we’ll be out and about in your communities.

NCH At Your Door means we're going to be reaching out to our customers, especially if we've not heard from you in a while. We want to make sure everything is going well for you in your home and provide advice and support when you need it.

When will you be visiting me?

Your Neighbourhood Teams will be out and about in your community on the following dates:

  • 1 May (Milton Court)
  • 3 May (Hillview, Gaer Road)
  • 10 May (Nightingale Court and Woodside Court, Duffryn)
  • 13 June (All Newport)
  • 1 – 5 July (All Newport for National Tackling Anti-Social Behaviour week)
  • 12 September (All Newport)
  • 7 – 11 October (All Newport for National Customer Services Week)
  • 18 – 22 November (All Newport for Safeguarding Adults Week)
  • 16 January 2025 (All Newport)

Don’t worry – we’ll make sure we don’t miss you by giving you a telephone call ahead of our visit.

Why are Newport City Homes doing this?

We want to be able to provide the right support, at the right time, and in the right way. To do this we're committed to getting to know you better and learn about the things that are important to you living in your home and local neighbourhood. These conversations and your feedback help us to deliver the right services for you.

What will we talk about?

You can chat to us about anything - from rent, to well-being support. You can also let us know about repairs and give us feedback on how we're doing.

These visits will also give us a chance to sit down with you and find out how you’re doing, if there’s anything we can help you with, and any circumstances we need to be aware of. It’s a time we can work together to tailor how we do what we do at Newport City Homes.
