In recent years, we have carried out refurbishment work in Somerton, to try and improve the condition of some of our homes.

We think that this may not have worked as well as we hoped it would, which is why we’re taking another look.

We recently shared more information with residents who may be affected by this work. All residents received a newsletter, and were invited to an online session to hear about our plans and share your views.

If you missed the session, you can see the recording here. https://youtu.be/fsEa9pxz9lg

Let us know what you think

If you’re a Somerton resident and you have received a letter from us about this work, we’d really like to know what you think about your home and local area. This will help us gather as much information as possible to understand what work may need to take place, if any.

Our survey is open until Friday 30 April 2021 – please take the time to give us your views as soon as possible before this date so that we can include your feedback in any decisions we make.

Keeping in touch

We’ll keep you updated on what we’re doing, and we’ll be holding another online session when we have the options, so we can talk to you about them and see what you think.

We’ll write to you when this is happening.
