Tenant Pulse is the voice of tenants in Wales. It has been created by TPAS Cymru and is supported by Welsh Government. Tenant Pulse aims to:
• Find out what matters most to tenants
• Release regular surveys
• Hold prize draws to reward people who take part
The results of their surveys are used by Welsh Government and landlords like us to create housing policy which works for you, and which makes housing in Wales safer and fairer.
TPAS Cymru has worked for over 30 years as Wales' only Tenant Engagement Experts. They help Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Supported Housing Providers put residents at the heart.
They have created Tenant Pulse to help tenants have their say on the things that matter most, giving those who are affected by the law a say in how it's created.
