Earlier this week, we identified a new leak at Sandpiper Way.
Our priority this week has been to keep the heating system running for the community during the colder weather, and so far, the leak has not affected supplies. ❄️
However, we will need to carry out repair work early next week to fix the leak.
🛠️ We will be carrying out this work on Monday 13 March. 🛠️
This work is expected to affect heating and hot water supplies to Aneurin Bevan Court, Nightingale, Woodside and Sandpiper Way. 🏡
🕕 Supplies will be affected from around 9.30am, and we hope to complete the work by 6pm.
We’re really sorry for the inconvenience this will cause, and we’ll work as safely and as quickly as we can to get everyone back up and running as soon as possible.
Affected customers will receive a further £20 reimbursement payment.
The wider estate should not be affected by this work. If you have any issues with your heating and hot water, you might have air in the system, or the filters connecting your supply might need cleaning. Please get in touch on 01633 381111 and we can arrange an engineer visit.
