On Wednesday 11 August we’re completing improvement works to the Duffryn heating system.
Customers who are supplied by the system will have no heating or hot water between 8am and 8pm, however cold water will not be affected.
We’ll begin the work at 8:00am and will finish by no later than 8pm. As soon as we finish this work, we will turn the system and water supply back on.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience as we upgrade the system.
