As well as the money side of things, Welsh Water also offer a Priority Services register, which can help with getting information to you in alternative ways, and even making sure you’re top of the list to get bottled water if something ever happened to your supply.
This means you won’t ever miss a bill because it comes in the right format for you, and you save money buying bottles if the water went off.
