Another day and another win for NCH! This time at the Wales Energy Efficiency Awards.
We are delighted to announce our Asset and Investment Team won the award for Housing Association or Landlord of the Year.
This award recognises true commitment to energy efficiency, which the team have shown through the works completed on their energy efficiency projects, including Bettws corner blocks. 
The team replaced the roofs and windows, extracted and refilled defective cavity insulation and installed external wall insulation on 15 blocks in Bettws. We also installed switches to monitor the difference in heating costs for customers.
Vicki Farrow, Head of Asset Strategy and Investment said:
