The way rents and service charges are set may change under an affordable housing review by Welsh Government. Rents for the last five years have been calculated based on guidelines from Welsh Government and this arrangement will come to an end. As a result we are looking to seek your views on how we should calculate charges in the future and develop our own policy should we be required to do so.
