To report a report, complete the form below. Before you fill it in, please double-check who is responsible for the repair, you can download our helpful repair guide for more info.
It’s really useful if you can provide as much information as possible about the repair, like:
- the location
- the type of problem
- how long it has been going on for
You can also upload a photo of the repair to help provide more detail.
