Did you know that people who talk about money feel less stressed about their finances? As part of #TalkMoneyWeek, we want you to feel confident to have conversations with us about money.
Despite the recent cost of living crisis, opening up about money can feel challenging. But we're here to make #TalkingMoney easier.
Your Customer Account Manager
Your customer account manager can help you make sense of your money and make the most out of your income. They can help with arranging realistic and affordable arrears repayment plans. They can also make sure you're receiving all the benefits you're entitled to. Your customer account manager can help you apply for any financial support grants you qualify for.
Your Energy Advice Team
Increasing energy bills can bring on plenty of money worries. We launched our Energy Advice service with Warm Wales in 2023, and we've had great feedback. Our team can give advice on saving money and energy, and conduct money health checks. They can also help you apply for energy bill support where eligible. You can find out what else we offer on the Warm Wales website.
Referrals to Independent Advice
Sometimes, you need extra support to help you get back on track. We can refer to independent money advisors to help you with multiple debts or debt relief orders.
Other support services
We also recommend Turn2Us - a national charity giving financial support to help people get back on track. You can visit the Turn2Us website, or call the helpline on 0808 802 2000.
