It’s the end of an era at Newport City Homes! After several successful years at our 195 Upper Dock Street offices, known to both our customers and colleagues as ‘195’, we'll be closing the doors for the very last time on Friday 2 August 2024.
How will this affect me?
From Monday 5 August, there won’t be any access to 195 Upper Dock Street. Any in person appointments will need to be arranged at our other offices across Newport.
Where can I meet with you in person?
We’re happy to meet with you in-person from our other offices; our community-based offices are in Ringland and Bettws. We’ll also be able to meet with you at our head office, Nexus House.
Nexus House is our primary office in the city centre, and is easily accessible on foot, by public transport, and by car. A route planning service can be found on the Newport Bus website.
How do I arrange an appointment at another office?
If you need to speak to your Neighbourhood Manager or your Customer Account Manager, you can contact them directly. You can find out who your Neighbourhood Manager and Customer Account Manager is via our website.
All appointments will need to be pre-arranged. We’re unable to offer drop-in sessions at this time. However, this will change in the future, and we’ll keep you updated of this via our social media and our website.
What other ways can I keep in touch?
Our NCH App offers all the benefits of our NCH services in the palm of your hand. There are many benefits to using the NCH App, including messaging us directly and paying your rent.
