Merging with Melin Homes - help us build our new website!

As we continue with our planned merger, we’re embarking on some important research to help us build our new website – and we need your help!

What we're doing

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be running some workshops and interviews with a selection of our customers to get your thoughts about our existing sites, and what is important to you, to make sure the new site meets your needs.

We’ll be running all of the workshops and interviews online, so you can take part on your device from wherever suits you best. We will also be able to accommodate some participants at our offices, where you can join in from one of our meeting rooms, if you prefer.

How to take part

Please email communications@newportcityhomes.com to let us know you’re interested in taking part and we’ll be in touch with further details.

For giving up your time to share your views and answer our questions we’d like to give each participant a £20 Love2Shop voucher, as a thank you. Vouchers will be sent to you after the session takes place. If you prefer to come to one of our offices to take part, we can also help with any travel costs.
