Group executives announced in planned merger

As we continue to plan our merger with Melin Homes, we’re pleased to announce our appointments for the ‘Group Executive Director Designate’ tier of our new organisation.

After a vigorous process, but one which gives us confidence we have the right people with the right skills to take our new association forward, we would like to congratulate:

• Gareth Yeoman-Evans - Group Executive Director of Resources
• Joanne Kirrane - Group Executive Director of Operations
• Peter Crockett - Group Executive Director for Growth and MD of Candleston Homes (our subsidiary)

Together, they’ll play a pivotal role in helping to lead and shape our new association’s future – supporting our Interim Board and Paula Kennedy, as CEO Designate.

Next steps

With the executive leadership group now fully confirmed, we can pick up the pace with the merger, as we work through how we demonstrate our difference – to the people and places we serve.

Between now and April 2025, we’ll continue to be well supported by our other fantastic executive colleagues from Melin and Newport City Homes – Sonia Furzland, Matthew Davies, and Adrian Huckin.

We thank them all for their contributions so far, and look forward to working with them through these next important stages.
