We want you to love living in your home, but we do have some rules that you need to abide by.
These are set out in the tenancy agreement that you signed when you received the keys to your home.
Tenancy agreements are legal contracts that set out our terms and conditions. They making it clear what you are responsible for and what we are responsible for.
All new tenants are given an assured short-hold tenancy. This is sometimes called a starter tenancy. As long as you keep to the terms of your tenancy agreement, you will be granted a full assured tenancy after 12 months.
If you don’t comply with your tenancy agreement, then we may take legal action to bring your tenancy to an end and you will lose your home.
