At NCH, we know we have a responsibility to treat everyone equally, whether customer, colleague, or partner.

But for us, it goes much further.

Our strategic commitment to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion sets out the steps we’re taking to create an environment that’s equal and fair for all.

There’s a lot to do, but our EDI commitment, along with our commitments to Growth and Environmental Sustainability, will help us to meet the aims set out in our corporate strategy, NCH Strategy 2025.

  4. We will remove inequalities in our services
  5. We will educate and engage
  6. We will build an inclusive culture

We have clearly defined the steps we will take over the next two years to deliver on our promises.

Column two - building our inclusive future 2023. In 2023 we'll develop our plans based on data and take proactive steps to change the way we work, making sure we have processes and systems in place that will make a tangible difference to the lives of our customers and colleagues. 
Column three - living and working inclusively, 2024+. We have identified ongoing and long-term actions that will help us to adapt our culture, making sure that equality, diversity and inclusion is built into everything we do.
