We renovate and refurbish beautiful but disused buildings in the city centre to transform them into much needed new homes with good access to travel and work opportunities.
And it's not just new homes, we have also been able to improve the quality of retail space to bring in new businesses.
A thriving community of residents, shoppers and businesses is essential for a successful city centre, and we work with a huge variety of local community groups to help bring people together.
Our City Buzz Network is a place for these community groups and partners to work together and provide joined-up services for the people of Newport. City Buzz hosts free drop in events at The Place, a multi-functional art and community space that has been transformed and curated by Tin Shed Theatre Co.
