Parking on our land
You are welcome to park your vehicles on our land as long as you follow these rules:
- No untaxed or un-insured vehicles
- No SORN vehicles
- No caravans or boats
The land is only to be used for parking vehicles that are roadworthy and legal.
We reserve the right to withdraw our permission at any time or to ask that you move or reposition your vehicle to allow maintenance of the area. In these instances, vehicles should be moved without delay.
Any vehicles parked on our land are done so at your own risk. We do not accept liability for any accidents, damage or loss incurred by residents who use the area to park their vehicles.
Abandoned cars
For vehicles abandoned on a highway within the Newport area, contact Gwent Police on (01633) 838111 or 101.
For all vehicles abandoned on public land, contact Newport City Council.
