How to make a payment
Direct debit
Direct Debit is the easiest and most convenient way of paying.
If you'd like to pay your rent by Direct Debit, please contact us on 01633 381 111 and we can help you.
A Direct Debit can be set up for any day of the month and for any frequency including weekly, fortnightly, monthly, four weekly and quarterly.

You can make credit or debit card payments anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our website - click here
NCH Portal
Log in to your customer account here. You will need to have your 10-digit account number ready. If you don't know your account number, contact us on 01633 381 111.
Over the phone
If you’d like to make a payment over the phone, just dial 01633 381 111 and select option one. You’ll need your 10-digit account number ready.
Post office or PayPoint
If you make your payments at a post office or PayPoint outlet, you'll need to use your new card and scan the barcode each time you make a payment.
