Newport City Homes have announced an upcoming procurement for a four year Responsive Maintenance Framework with an estimated overall value of £8.8 million.

The Framework will consist of the following lots;

Lot 1 Electrical

Lot 2 Gas, Plumbing & Installations

Lot 3 Roofing

Lot 4 Major & Minor Reactive Works

Lot 5 Drainage & Underground Services

It is anticipated that services will commence on 6th July 2019.

Newport City Homes encourage companies of all sizes to tender for the Contracts. It is envisaged that work will be allocated on a rotation basis amongst the successful Contractors, therefore a guarantee of work for those successful!
