ASB can include the following; loud music, verbal abuse, harassment or intimidation, threatening behaviour, drug dealing, physical violence, hate crime, fly tipping etc. (this list is not exhaustive).
There is however, a difference between ASB and behaviour that is simply annoying or irritating to you and this would generally not be classed as ASB and we may not be able to assist you. Such as; one off noise nuisance such as a party, children playing in the street, arguments between children, pets straying across gardens, household living noises such as flushing toilets, cooking smells, washing machines or babies crying or playing (again this list is not exhaustive).
We have an ASB Policy in place which details how we will help tackle complaints of ASB. You can download this here.
