What is a complaint?
A complaint usually arises from a failure to deliver a service, or the level of that service does not meet your expectations.
What is not a complaint?
A request for service is not a complaint, therefore, the following examples would not be considered a complaint:
• A request for a repair in your home
• Reporting an incident of neighbour nuisance or anti-social behaviour.
